Vladimir (ガビ, Gabi) is a cranky, cub villager from the Animal Crossing Series series. "Vladimir" is a traditional Russian name, and "nyet," Vladimir's catchphrase, is Russian for "no." He was absent in Animal Crossing: Wild World, but reappeared in Animal Crossing: City Folk.

AppearanceEdit

Vladimir is a pink bear cub with bubblegum pink-tipped paws and muzzle. He also has a scruff of blond hair and has a bucktooth. He looks somewhat like a bully. His eyebrows are thick. He initially wears a lite polka shirt and a gracie Tiger Shirt in Animal crossing (GCN). He looks somewhat like a cub version of Dr. Shrunk, this could be also why he had not appeared in Animal Crossing: Wild World.

PersonalityEdit

Below is a brief description of the cranky personality. For more information, click here.

Vladimir is a cranky villager, which means he is stubborn and easily annoyed when things are not going his way. He will appear rude and belittling towards the player, but will eventually warm up to them, considering them to be his only friend. He will find the usual hobbies of fishing, bug catching, fossil hunting, fashion, and furniture collecting considerably more interesting compared to other village types, adding more reason behind the hobbies than other villagers. He will get along with other cranky villagers and snooty villagers, who share the same interests and meaningful discussions. He will often suggest planting false information on peppy and normal villagers when no interesting events are happening in the town. Vladimir has described his perfect girl's home. He says as you step inside, you are greeted with the smell of perfume, and piles of silk clothes will be neatly piled on her bed. She will slowly bring a cup of tea to her lips and he has said that the bright red mark of her lipstick will remain on the cup.

HouseEdit

In City Folk, he has various items from the Construction Theme, like the handcart, jackhammer, and steam roller. He eventually starts collecting furniture from the Robot Series. His reel-to-reel player plays Agent K.K. He has the chainlink fence as his wall, and, like most other cranky villager's walls and/or floors, Vladimir's floor is the sandlot floor, which you can only get from Sahara.
